  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 cups mushroom, sliced
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
  • 4 zucchini (courgettes), grated
  • 200g reduced fat feta, crumbled
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 500g spaghetti, cooked
