  • 1 cup unsalted nuts or seeds
  • 2 Weet-Bix™, roughly crushed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, natural
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or golden syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

To serve
