Gourmet eating at home? Satisfy your cravings with this scrumptious Comfort Burger - packed with Asian Slaw, Sriracha Mayo and Kimchi.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Vegie Delights Not Burger
- 4 tablespoons kimchi
- 1 (150g) cucumber, finely sliced
- 4 wholemeal burger buns
Asian Slaw
- 2 cups (150g) red cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 (90g) carrot, sliced into ribbons
- 1 asian shallot, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Sriracha mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125ml) vegan mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5ml) sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) maple syrup

Method
- Heat oven to 170C and cook Vegie Delights Not Burger according to packet instruction.
- Toss together all ingredients for asian slaw in a bowl and set aside.
- Whisk together ingredients for sriracha mayonnaise in a small bowl and set aside.
- Once Burgers are cooked, layer kimchi over the base of the burger bun, followed by cucumber slices, Vegie Delights Not Burger, sriracha mayonnaise and evenly divide asian slaw between the burgers.
- Top with burger buns and serve.
