- 2 long sticks celery
- ¼ cup Crunchy Sanitarium Peanut Butter
- 1 small carrot, peeled and finely shredded or cut into fine strips
- 2 tbsp sultanas

- Cut the celery into 10 cm pieces.
- Generously fill the centre of each piece with peanut butter.
- Carefully pile the carrot onto the peanut butter and top with sultanas.
- Serve immediately.
