- 1 1/4 cups almond meal
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup grated beetroot

Ingredients
Method
- Place almond meal, cacao and baking powder into a large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredient and fold liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased and line 15cm x 25cm loaf tin.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 180°C, for 30 minutes.
- Cuts into 12 squares
