Blueberry, cinnamon & oat smoothie

    Bursting with vibrant colour, and packed with nutrients this recipe gives you the perfect way to start the day. This smoothie is filled with wholefoods to give you a great heatlhy smoothie that can be made in 5 minutes. Based on So Good Regular soy milk, this smoothie is great for breakfast or a snack and will keep you bouncing through the whole day. 

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup rolled oats
    • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
    • 2 tsp honey, optional

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
    2. Serve immediately, or prepare the night before and store in a covered container in the fridge.

    Tips

    • If prepared in advance, smoothie will thicken slightly as the oats absorb some of the liquid.
