Sweetened with bananas, these fluffy waffles also have a delightful cereal crunch.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups wholemeal flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup So Good™ Oat Milk No Added Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Sanitarium™ Cluster Crisp™ Triple Berry
TOPPINGS (per waffle):
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 strawberries,
- 3 blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of Sanitarium Cluster Crisp Triple Berry

Method
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add the mashed bananas, oat milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in the Sanitarium Cluster Crisp Triple Berry until it is evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour an appropriate amount of batter onto lightly greased waffle iron, spreading it out slightly to cover the waffle grid.
- Close the waffle iron and cook until the waffles are golden brown.
- Carefully remove the waffles from the iron and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve waffles with toppings
