Summer Lovin' Hot Dogs

    Summer Lovin' Hot Dogs - the perfect mix and match meal and a plant-based alternative to classic hot dogs.


    • 1 pack Vegie Delights Hot Dogs
    • 2 mango cheeks, diced small
    • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced small
    • 1/2 bunch coriander, stalks and leaves finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
    • 1/2 small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • Pinch chilli flakes or to taste
    • 30g mayonnaise
    • 6 hot dog rolls


    1. Make the salsa by combining mango, pineapple, coriander, mint leaves, red onion, lime, and chilli in a bowl, season with sea salt and black pepper and toss.
    2. Heat frypan or bbq on medium heat and cook Vegie Delights Hot Dogs for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Serve by spooning salsa into hot dog roll, top with Vegie Delights Hot Dogs, drizzle with mayonnaise and enjoy.
