Weet-Bix™ with apple and maple syrup

    Try crisp apple slices and delicious maple syrup on Weet-Bix™ for a snack.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Granny smith apple, core removed
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 4 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
    • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Slice the apple into very thin pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice to reduce browning.
    2. Step 2

      Arrange the apple slices on top of the Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits.
    3. Step 3

      Drizzle with a little maple syrup or honey.
    4. Step 4

      Serve immediately.

    Tips

    • Any type of new season apple can be used.
