- 30g (2 tbsp) chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 125ml So Good Oat Chocolate
- Yoghurt of choice and Fresh berries to serve
Chocolate Chia Pudding

Step 1
In a small bowl combine the chia, vanilla and So Good Oat Chocolate. Stir well to evenly distribute the Chia. Cover and refrigerate. After 20 -30 mins. Restir the mixture. At this point if you are wanting to serve in smaller individual dishes it’s a good idea to divide the mixture now. Recover and refrigerate.Step 2
Once set, serve the puddings with a dollop of yoghurt and berries.
Tips
Using flavoured essence or essential oils can create some great variations to this dish. Try a few drops of peppermint essence for a choc mint pudding or orange essence or oil to create a jaffa pudding.
