- 1 ½ cups raw cashews
- 3 medjool dates, seeded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture evenly into eight icy pop moulds. Insert wooden sticks.
- Place in freeze until solid. Serves 8.
