As a BetterU incentive to protect our employees and secure our future, all Sanitarium full time, permanent part time & casual employees will be able to receive a one off $100 e-Gift card, available after receiving the 1st dose of your COVID-19 vaccination. Please ensure you receive your COVID vaccine under the advice of a healthcare professional.

To receive your e-Gift card simply provide any evidence / proof that you have received your 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccination by following the instructions below.

How do you get proof or evidence that you have received your 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccination?

Your proof or evidence can include any of the following: Letter from Dr or medical centre / clinic or pharmacy. Email confirmation or photo of text message of attended appointment booking, Your immunisation history statement available after your 1st dose on your  Medicare online account or Medicare app through myGov (for a step by step guide on how to get your immunisation statement click here ) or your Covid-19 digital certificate also available through your Medicare online account or Medicare app through myGov (available after your 2nd dose)

What you need to do to receive your $100 e-gift card

(complete once you have received your 1st dose of your vaccination)

Office based employees with access to workflow forms

  • Go to this link​​​​​​​ and complete the information required.
  • Attach a copy of your proof or evidence where indicated under “attachment” on the workflow form
  • Hit “Submit”
  • Once processed you will receive your $100 eGift card from Prezzee via your email within 7 days.
