The Living Our Values Award recognises individuals who live our values - In it Together, We Make it Happen, Pioneering Today for Tomorrow and Serve Others. Each site or business unit will select 4 values recipients, people who demonstrate what it really means to live our values. These recipients receive a $200 Westfield voucher and a certificate of recognition. One of these four recipients is chose as the overall site/business group Living our Values Award recipient. These recipients receive:

• $1200 cash reward
• $1200 donation to a registered charity
• Living our Values trophy and certificate
• Invitation to the Laura Lee Luncheon
• Participation in the Community Project

Each season, one of these site/business group recipients is honoured as the national recipient, the Laura Lee Award in Australia and the Sam Bearpark Award in New Zealand. These national recipients are selected by the Senior Leadership Group in Australia and the Senior Leadership Team in New Zealand. In addition to the site recipient rewards, national recipients receive a further:

• $5000 cash reward
• $5000 donation to a registered charity
