    • 2-3 Weet-Bix™
    • 4 large strawberries
    • 100ml plain unsweetened yoghurt
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds


    1. Place Weet-Bix™ in a bowl and top with strawberries, yoghurt and chia seeds. Enjoy!


    Adding half a cup of low fat milk provides a source of calcium too!
