Vegan Mayonnaise

    • 300g Bean Supreme Soft Style Tofu
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • 4 tbs apple cider vinegar
    • 3 lemons, juice of
    • 1 tsp mustard powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ½ cup (125ml) vegetable oil


    1. Whizz together the tofu, sesame oil, cider vinegar, mustard and salt in a high speed blender or food processor.
    2. Keep the machine going, and gradually drizzle in the oil until the mixture is well combined. When all oil is incorporated, turn off the machine.
    3. Store in sealed jar in the fridge, lasts for two – three weeks.


    • For garlic mayonnaise add, 2-3 roasted, crushed garlic cloves.
    • For mustard mayonnaise add 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard.
    • Not all mustard powders are gluten free. If you are gluten free, make sure that you check the ingredients of the mustard.
