- 1 cup self- raising wholemeal flour
- 1/4 cup raw caster sugar
- 1 small red apple, diced
- 1/3 cup Sanitarium™ no added sugar and salt Crunchy peanut butter
- 50g of margarine, melted
- 2 x 60g eggs
- 1/3 cup low fat natural Greek style yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch ground cinnamon

Method
- Preheat oven to 190ºC fan forced. Place (90ml) muffin cups on a flat tray.
- Combine the flour, sugar and apple in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, yoghurt, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Combine together without over mixing.
- Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full with the batter and bake 20 minutes or until golden.
