Swiss bircher muesli

    This easy to prepare Swiss bircher muesli is a great way to get your morning off to a good start.


    • 1 1/2 cups untoasted apricot and almond muesli (or another natural muesli)
    • 1 cup So Good Regular soy milk
    • 1/3 cup orange juice, home squeezed
    • 1/2 tbs honey
    • 1 small green apple, cored and grated
    • 1/2 punnet mixed berries
    • 200g berry low-fat yoghurt


    1. Combine muesli, So Good Regular, juice and honey in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    2. Just before serving add apple, berries and yoghurt. Mix well.
    3. Serve topped with extra fresh fruit.
