Crumble
- 6 Weet-Bix wheat biscuits, finely crushed
- 1 ½ cups wholemeal flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 170g margarine, melted

- 1 tbs cornflour
- 4 large peaches, stoned and diced
- 2 tsp lemon juice

If peaches are not in season, you can use a tin of peaches in juice. Drain well before using.
