Creamy Breakfast Bircher with Flaked Almonds

    • 1 1/2 cup oats (150g)
    • 1 tbsp orange zest
    • 200ml So Good Oat Extra Creamy
    • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
    • 1 green apple peeled and grated
    • 1/4 cup blueberries
    • 2 tbsp coconut of choice to serve


    1. Mix the oats, orange zest and So Good Oat Extra Creamy together in a bowl and allow to soak refrigerated overnight. (Stir after an hour or two before you leave for the night if you have time, this is not essential but just helps distribute the flavour better)
    2. When ready to serve, mix the grated apple through the pre-prepared oat mix. Divide the mixture between 2 bowls. Serve topped with yoghurt, blueberries and flaked almonds.
