- 415g can Vegie Delights™ Casserole Mince
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled & diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 celery stick, diced
- 3 tbs no added salt tomato paste
- Pepper to taste
- 3-4 cups mashed potato
- 4 cups cooked green beans to serve

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Heat oil in a medium fry pan, add onion, garlic, carrot, peas and celery and fry until soft.
- Add tomato paste and Vegie Delights Casserole Mince. Season with black pepper. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with mashed potato. Bake for 20 mins or until brown.
- Set aside to cool slightly, and serve with green beans.
