- 1 packet Vegie Delights™ Schnitzels
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/4 small Chinese cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into sticks
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

- Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the Vegie Delights Schnitzels on a baking paper lined tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once half way through, until golden and crisp.
- Remove tray from oven and cut schnitzels into slices.
- Serve schnitzels with brown rice, shredded cabbage, carrot sticks, and green onion. Drizzle with mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce.
