Chicken Style Katsu with rice

    Ingredients

    • 1 packet Vegie Delights™ Schnitzels
    • 2 cups cooked brown rice
    • 1/4 small Chinese cabbage, finely sliced
    • 1 carrot, cut into sticks
    • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
    • 2 Tbsp tonkatsu sauce
    • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the Vegie Delights Schnitzels on a baking paper lined tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once half way through, until golden and crisp.
    2. Remove tray from oven and cut schnitzels into slices.
    3. Serve schnitzels with brown rice, shredded cabbage, carrot sticks, and green onion. Drizzle with mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce.
