- 4 medium sized Spinach and Herb Wraps
- 5 Eggs
- ½ cup of So Good Regular Soy Milk
- 1 Avocado
- ½ Tomato
- 1/3 Red Onion
- 4 Hash browns
- Vegie Delights Chorizo Vegie Sausages, amount of your choice
Big Breakfast Burrito

Method
- Slice the Vegie Delights Chorizo Vegie Sausages and cook as per instructions on the pack
- Cook the hash browns as per instructions on the pack.
- Whisk 5 eggs in a bowl and add So Good Regular Soy Milk. Pour into a pan and scramble. Once cooked, place in a bowl to cool down.
- Dice tomato and red onion and mix with the mashed avocado.
- Individually lay each wrap on a large plate and spread ¼ of the avocado mix, add one hash brown and ¼ of the scrambled egg followed by ¼ of the Vegie Delights Chorizo Vegie Sausages.
- When rolling the breakfast burrito, ensure all filling is in a line down the centre. Fold the sides inwards, over the filling. Roll the burrito tucking, as you roll. Continue rolling until your burrito is seam side down.
- Place in the oven for 2-3 min at 200c to warm, then safely insert a toothpick and enjoy.
