- 1 sheet canola puff pastry, reduced-fat
- ¼ cup almond meal
- 1 punnet strawberries, halved (or 200g blueberries)
- 1 tbs raw sugar

- Cut pastry in half. Score a 1cm border around the edge of the pastry.
- Sprinkle almond meal in the centre of the pastry. Top with strawberries and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until edges are puffed and golden.
Tips
- You can use fresh raspberries, blackberries or a mixture of berries to make these delicious tarts, or use frozen berries.
- Serve with natural yoghurt topped with lemon rind.
