Our Pineapple lime smoothie is super simple and very refreshing. It is the perfect way to start your day or great as a snack when you feel a little hungry. Made using our So Good Regular Soy milk, it is ready in 5 min making it a great option for breakfast on those crazy mornings. Its easy to pop into a bottle and take it with you on your way to work so you never have to miss out on breakfast again. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
  • 1 cup pineapple pieces
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small banana
  • Juice from 1 lime

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender jug and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple and / or frozen banana.
