Ingredients
- 1 pack of Vegie Delights™ Vegie Sausages
- 1 red onion, sliced, pan fried
- 150g char-grilled capsicum, finely sliced
- 80g baby spinach leaves
- 6 Multigrain long rolls
- Chunky tomato relish
Method
Step 1
Preheat frypan to medium heat. Add Vegie Sausages and cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.Step 2
Add onion to frypan and cook, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes, or until onion just softens.Step 3
Fill each roll with spinach, capsicum and onion. Top with a Vegie Sausage and drizzle of relish. Serve hot and enjoy.
