Method
- Place yoghurt, apricots and pistachios in a bowl, mix to combine.
- Place into bowl and eat with sliced apple.
Tips
- This can be added to lunch boxes by simply spooning into a small plastic container with a spill-proof lid. Then dampen a paper towel and sprinkle with lemon juice, wrap sliced apple in this to prevent discolouration.
