- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened

Step 1
Place smoothie ingredients (Weet-Bix through almond milk) into a blender. Pulse until smooth.Step 2
Transfer smoothie to a serving glass, or pour into a shallow bowl.Step 3
To decorate the bowl, arrange blueberries along the left third of the bowl as ‘water’. Place fruit balls and mini-umbrella on the smoothie ‘sand’.Step 4
Serve immediately.Stick the mini-umbrella into a fruit ball, to keep it upright in the bowl.
