Laura Henshaw’s acai bowl

    A tropical start to the morning bursting with fruit and veg, this Acai bowl has a number of essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup So Good™ Almond milk Unsweetened
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 packet frozen Acai (or 2 tsp Acai powder)
    • 1 handful baby spinach
    • ½ cup frozen blueberries
    • 4 ice cubes

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Add all ingredients to a blender. 
    2. Step 2

      Blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until all ingredients are combined and mixture is creamy and smooth. If too dry, add some extra So Good Unsweetened Almond milk.
    3. Step 3

      Top with your favourite healthy granola or muesli and fresh fruit.
