Chocolate Mousse Pots

    The best smooth and creamy chocolate mousse pots with a Sanitarium Granola base.

    Ingredients

    • 300g silken tofu (drained and not pressed) 
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 
    • 1-2 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder 
    • 80g dark chocolate 
    • 4 tablespoons Sanitarium Granola 

    To decorate (per serving) 

    1 teaspoon of plant based yoghurt or low-fat, unsweetened Greek yoghurt 

    1 fresh berry of choice 

    1 teaspoon of granola 

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Add the drained tofu, maple syrup and cocoa powder to a high speed blender 
    2. Step 2

      Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave in 10-second intervals until the chocolate is smooth and creamy 
    3. Step 3

      Add the melted chocolate to the tofu mixture in the blender. Blend some more until you have a perfectly smooth mousse consistency 
    4. Step 4

      Place one tablespoon of granola into each of the 4 ramekins or 4 small jars 
    5. Step 5

      Scoop the mousse into each ramekin and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to set 
    6. Step 6

      To decorate. A small drop of low-fat, unsweetened Greek yoghurt, a berry and a sprinkle of granola
