- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup wholegrain oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 2 Tbs low fat spread, melted
- 1 Tbs honey
- 4 red apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries, defrosted
- 2 Tbs maple syrup
- Plain unsweetened yoghurt or non-dairy alternative, to serve
