A meal prep pancake in a bowl hack that will save you time. How good? Sooo goood! Give it a go using your fav pancake flavours or give our extra creamy one below a go.​ Ingredients (serves 2):​ Pancake mixture:​ 1 cup So Good Extra Creamy Oat Milk​ 2 eggs 1/2 cup of plain/vanilla yoghurt​ 2/3 cup self-raising flour​ 1 tsp cinnamon ​ Toppings:​ Berries of choice​ Shaved dark chocolate/chocolate chips ​ Method:​ 1. In two separate heat proof bowls, whisk in the eggs, yoghurt with So Good’s 2. Extra Creamy Oat Milk.​ 3. Then fold in the flour and cinnamon​ 4. Top with sliced berries and chocolate, or toppings of your choice!​ 5. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean inside. Alternatively, you can cook in the microwave on high for around 2 minutes. ​ 7. You can then also top with more of your favourite pancake toppings if you want!​

Bringing a little tropical sunshine to your chilly mornings! These Passionfruit Lamingtons are a zesty, golden twist on our favourite treat. Ingredients (Serves 10): Lamington base 70g Coconut Flour 120ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk 50ml Coconut Oil, melted 2 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 50ml Passionfruit Pulp 2 eggs 20ml Maple Syrup The Coating: 120ml Passionfruit Pulp (for dipping) 50g Desiccated Coconut Fresh passionfruit, to serve Method: 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tin. 2. In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk, coconut oil, baking powder, vanilla, 50ml passionfruit pulp, eggs, and maple syrup. 3. Once combined, transfer to the baking tray, pressing down to flatten. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. 5. Once cooled, slice into 10 even squares. 6. Create your lamington crust by dipping each square into the remaining passionfruit pulp, followed by the desiccated coconut. 7. Garnish with fresh passionfruit and enjoy! 🥥

This Maple Hojicha Iced Latte is a must-try for the ultimate 'cozy meets chilled' treat 🧊⁠ ⁠ Ingredients (Serves 1):​⁠ ⁠ For the Latte Base:​⁠ 6g hojicha powder (plus extra for dusting)​⁠ 50ml water (separated into 15ml and 35ml) at 80°C​⁠ 120ml So Good Barista Oat Milk​⁠ 1 tsp maple syrup​⁠ Ice cubes​⁠ ⁠ For the Salted Maple Cream:​⁠ 65ml So Good Barista Oat Milk​⁠ 1 tsp maple syrup​⁠ Small pinch of salt​⁠ ⁠ Method:​⁠ ⁠ 1. Sift 6g of hojicha and add 15ml water (80°C) and whisk to create a smooth paste.​⁠ ⁠ 2. Add 35ml water (80°C) and whisk vigorously in a W/M motion for 40 seconds to create a froth. ​⁠ ⁠ 3. Then gently whisk towards the top for 20 seconds to remove large bubbles to achieve a smooth and bouncy microfoam! ​⁠ ⁠ 4.
