  1. Place fruit and half the milk in a small saucepan, gently heat until just warmed through.
  2. Remove pan from heat and crumble in Weet-Bix. Stir to combine. Add remaining milk if desired.
  3. Transfer porridge to a serving bowl, and cool before serving if necessary.

Tips

  • Garnish porridge with a few more berries or banana slices, for extra texture and colour.
  • Recipe can easily be halved or doubled.
