Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
 - 1 cup puffed quinoa
 - 1 cup mixed nuts and seeds
 - ¼ cup cocoa powder
 - 2 egg whites
 - 2 tbsp avocado oil (melted)
 - ¼ cup rice malt syrup
 
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.Step 2
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and stir well to ensure all dry ingredients are coated with the wet ingredients.Step 3
Place the granola mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread evenly.Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes.Step 5
Allow to cool. Once the granola has cooled break into bite-sized clusters.Step 6
Serve with yoghurt and fruit, or sprinkle on top of smoothies and smoothie bowls.
