Eggnog nice cream

A delicious creamy dairy free dessert or snack for the Christmas season. Easy to make in a few minutes and a wholesome holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Sanitarium So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted & chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Tips

  • As bananas become over ripe, peel and place in the freezer. Frozen banana gives nice cream its smooth creamy texture.
  • Best served immediately after it is made.
