Ingredients
- 4 cobs corn, husk removed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
- Brush corn with oil and place on preheated BBQ or chargrill.
- Cook for 10 minutes turning frequently until tender and lightly charred.
- Sprinkle with dill and salt. Makes 4.
