Ingredients
- 2 Weet Bix™ Cholesterol Lowering
- 2 tbs beetroot hummus
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp za’atar, or dukkah
Method
- Toss carrot in apple cider vinegar and set aside for 2 minutes.
- Spread Weet-Bix with hummus, top with pickled carrot and sprinkle with za’atar.
