Ingredients
- 4 Weet-Bix
- 1⁄2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened yoghurt (200g)
- 1⁄4 cup raw, unsalted nuts
- 1⁄4 cup seeds
Method
- Crush half the Weet-Bix into 2 serving glasses.
- Layer the yoghurt on top, followed by the berries.
- Repeat this again.
- Sprinkle the nuts and seeds on top.
