Ingredients
- 1 packet Vegie Delights™ Thick BBQ Sausage
 - 1 tbs olive oil
 - 1 tbs reduced-fat mayonnaise
 - 2 tsp seeded mustard
 - 1 large wholemeal baguette, sliced down the middle
 - ¼ cup tomato chutney
 - 1 cup rocket leaves
 
Method
Step 1
Whisk together mayonnaise and seeded mustard in a small bowl and set aside.Step 2
Heat a frypan or BBQ on medium heat, add oil and cook Thick BBQ Sausages for 5 minutes, turning frequently for even heating.Step 3
Cut baguette into 5 pieces, and slice each piece part way from the top, to create rolls. Spread each roll with mustard mayo, fill with rocket leaves and a Thick BBQ Sausage. Top with tomato chutney and serve.
