Ingredients
- 415g can Vegie Delights Casserole Mince
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 carrot, peeled & diced
1 cup of peas
1 celery stick, diced
3 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper
3-4 cups mashed potato
Green beans, cooked
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Fry onion, garlic, carrot, peas and celery with a little oil in pan until soft
- Add tomato paste and Vegie Delights Casserole Mince. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 mins
- Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with mashed potato. Bake for 20 mins or until brown
- Set aside to cool slightly, then serve with green beans
