Ingredients
- 1 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
 - 1 cup frozen blueberries
 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/3 cup rolled oats
 - 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
 - 2 tsp honey, optional
 
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.Step 2
Serve immediately, or prepare the night before and store in a covered container in the fridge.
