Single Serve Banoffee Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Weet-Bix wheat biscuit, crushed
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tbs caramel sauce
  • ⅓ cup low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 square dark chocolate, finely grated (optional)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add the crushed Weet-Bix to the bottom of a small glass or jar.
  2. Step 2

    Add the sliced banana and drizzle over the caramel sauce.
  3. Step 3

    Spoon the yoghurt on top and garnish with grated dark chocolate if desired.
  4. Step 4

    Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
