Banana split smoothie

Need an on-the-go snack that will keep you full of energy between school and sport? This smoothie with banana, peanut butter and a hint of chocolate will hit the spot!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
  • 1 small banana, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 Weet-Bix
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs, optional

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender. Blitz until smooth. 
  2. Step 2

    Transfer smoothie to a tall glass. Sprinkle over cocoa nibs if using. 

Tips

  • Banana split smoothie is still delicious without the peanut butter
