Banana and Choc Peanut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 med banana, frozen
  • 2 tbsp Sanitarium no added salt or sugar peanut butter
  • 250ml So Good Oat Extra Creamy
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs, reserve ½ for serving
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

Combine all ingredients except for half of the cacao nibs into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a large glass and sprinkle with remaining cacao nibs.

Tips

Cacao nibs will add textrure to and a little bite to your smoothie, if you prefer to have a smoother texture, you can swap the nibs out for ½ tbsp of cacoacacao or cocoa powder.
