Ingredients
- 800g canned apples or stewed apples
- ¼ cup sultanas
Crumble
- ⅓ cup wholemeal plain flour
- ⅓ cup white plain flour
- ⅓ cup almond meal
- ¼ cup sugar
- 80g margarine
- ¼ cup flaked almonds
Method
- Combine apples and sultanas in an ovenproof dish.
- Sift flours into a bowl. Add sugar and almond meal.
- Rub margarine into flour mixture. Sprinkle crumble and flaked almonds over apple.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden.
