原料
- 163g glutinous rice flour
- 82ml So Good Oat Unsweetened
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 60g roasted peanuts, chopped
- 30g creamy unsalted peanut butter
- 150g white sesame seeds
- ¼ cup water

方法
- Combine chopped peanuts and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
- Divide and shape the mixture into 10 equal balls; set aside.
- On the other hand, whisk together baking soda and glutinous rice flour into a mixing bowl; set aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine oat milk and maple syrup over medium low heat.
- Heat for about 4 minutes until small bubbles are formed on the outside.
- Slowly pour the hot mixture over the glutinous rice flour mixture and start to mix it until rough dough forms.
- Slowly knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide and shape the dough into 10 equal rounds. Place the portions into a plate covered with a damn towel.
- Working one at a time, place the prepared filling into each balls.
- Shape again to form into a round ball.
- Dip each ball into the water and roll over to the sesame seeds.
- Brush the Jian Dui with oil and air fry until golden for 12 minutes at 150 degrees C.
- Flip the sesame balls every 4 minutes to cook evenly.
- Serve immediately.
