- 1 Tbs grapeseed oil
- 4 thinly sliced white onion
- 3 1/2 cup reduced salt vegetable broth
- 2 Tbs miso paste
- 1 1/2 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Preheat a pot to medium-low heat and add in the grapeseed oil.Step 2
Add in the onion and and sauce until translucent.Step 3
Add in the miso paste, and vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.Step 4
Simmer for 10 minutes.Step 5
Add in the So Good Almond Unsweetened Milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.Step 6
Serve and top with chopped spring onion.
