Onion Miso Soup

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tbs grapeseed oil
    • 4 thinly sliced white onion
    • 3 1/2 cup reduced salt vegetable broth
    • 2 Tbs miso paste
    • 1 1/2 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Preheat a pot to medium-low heat and add in the grapeseed oil.
    2. Step 2

      Add in the onion and and sauce until translucent.
    3. Step 3

      Add in the miso paste, and vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.
    4. Step 4

      Simmer for 10 minutes.
    5. Step 5

      Add in the So Good Almond Unsweetened Milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
    6. Step 6

      Serve and top with chopped spring onion.
