Leche Flan

    Ingredients

    Caramel:

    • 1/4 cup raw sugar
    • 2 Tbs coconut sugar
    • 1 Tbs water

    Flan:
    • 2 cups So Good Oat Unsweetened
    • 1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
    • 3 Tbs raw sugar
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • 3/4 tsp agar-agar powder

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place 1/4 cup raw sugar into a small sauce pan with 1 Tbs water and cook on medium-low heat until caramel brown.

    2. Step 2

      Transfer and spread onto heat-friendly container.

    3. Step 3

      Place the strained soaked cashews, So Good Oat Unsweetened, raw sugar, vanilla extract and agar-agar powder in a blender and blend until smooth.

    4. Step 4

      Transfer to a small pot and cook on medium-low heat until it come to a low boil.

    5. Step 5

      Transfer to the container with the caramel.

    6. Step 6

      Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.

    7. Step 7

      Serve and Enjoy.
