Grass Jelly Bowl

    Ingredients

    • 300g chopped grass jelly
    • 300g lychee (fresh or canned)
    • 200g diced ripe mango
    • 1/4 cup sago
    • 1 1/2 cups So Good Soy Regular
    • 2 Tbs agave syrup
    • 1-2 cups crushed ice (optional)

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Cook the sago according to package instructions.
    2. Step 2

      Place all the ingredients in the fridge to chill.
    3. Step 3

      Place the ice, grass jelly, lychee, ripe mango, and sago into a bowl.
    4. Step 4

      Pour the So Good Soy Regular into the bowls.
    5. Step 5

      Top with agave nectar.
