Strawberry Muffin

    Ingredients

    Wet Ingredients:

    • 250g strawberry
    • 3/4 cup raw sugar
    • 1/4 cup canola oil
    • 1/2 cup So Good Almond Vanilla

    Dry Ingredients:
    • 2 cups wholemeal flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • Pinch of salt

    Toppings:
    • 2 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees celsius
    2. Step 2

      Place the wet ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    3. Step 3

      Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
    4. Step 4

      Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and fold in with a spatula.
    5. Step 5

      Pour into cupcake/small muffin cups baking tray and top with crushed Weet-Bix Original Cereal.
    6. Step 6

      Bake for 40 minutes or until the top of the muffins doesn’t sink when pressed down.
