In a pot, bring the water and pandan leaf to a boil, then simmer for 3 minutes.Step 2
Remove the pandan leaves.Step 3
Add in the sago, So Good Soy Regular, lite coconut milk, coconut sugar, and salt.Step 4
Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often.Step 5
Remove from heat and let cool.Step 6
Serve warm or chilled and top with your choice of fruit.
